Managers and Administrators Section Meeting and Breakfast Meetings

Friday, April 26 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

The county managers and administrators section meeting and breakfast is hosted by the Georgia Association of County Managers and Administrators (GACMA). The meeting will take place at the Convention Center in room TBD on Friday, April 26 from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Managers and Administrators will have an opportunity to discuss new regional format for GACMA and discuss potential dates for a virtual meeting followed by three brief presentations on the following topics:

• ACCG – overview of Managers/Administrators survey
• Carl Vinson – benefits of CPM program for succession planning
• ACCG – discussion of senior management plan as tool for recruitment and retention
